Hi Flite (Hull #167) has been owned by the same experienced folks for 20yrs and cruised from Maine to South America, She has been their full-time home through most of this period and thus has been well maintained and really loved. She represents an incredible value for an individual or couple looking for safe, versatile and beautiful very well-equipped cruiser. She is a turnkey vessel that the owners would encourage you to experience for a season before deciding what changes might add value to your new boat experience. Of course the choice is yours, so come see what she offers........
- "The Pearson 424 is one of those rare boats that can do almost anything you ask of it: coastal cruising or offshore passages; liveaboard comfort or weekend fun; classic elegance or modern convenience. It is not surprising that this boat has been so popular for so long among discerning sailors who appreciate quality and versatility." Sail Magazine
- "The Pearson 424 is an excellent example of what can be done with fiberglass when it is used intelligently. It is strong, stiff, light (for its size), and has good sailing characteristics. It is also roomy, comfortable, well laid out below decks, and easy to handle under sail or power." Practical Sailor
- "The Pearson 424 is one of those boats that just feels right. It has a solid feel underfoot and responds well to the helm. It has enough sail area to move along nicely in light airs, but not so much that it becomes overpowered in heavy weather. It has enough displacement to carry all the gear and provisions you need for long voyages, but not so much that it becomes sluggish or hard to maneuver." Blue Water Sailing

Thirty-six years of business experience taught that, above all, listening to client's needs is paramount. Selling or buying, what are your goals related to boating? Daveâs listening! Dave built his first boat as a teenager. After engineering school, he put in hundreds of hours sailing his Hobie Cat 16 on the Chesapeake Bay and off the North Carolina beaches & sounds. He learned to sail larger boats in his 20âs on the Chesapeake chartering with friends, then the Caribbean, the Med, racing on the Great Lakes & Delaware Rivers, while studying and drinking in all things nautical. Dave has owned both power and sail and has maintained, upgraded and sailed a blue water cruiser for years. Heâs a USCG Captain candidate, and currently living on the water in North Carolina, when not aboard. Put Daveâs knowledge & passion to work for you!
